Future Aesthetics provides reliable shipping for all online orders. This Shipping Policy outlines order processing times, delivery estimates, shipping fees, and responsibilities to ensure a smooth experience from checkout to delivery.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.
Orders placed during product launches, sales, promotional periods, peak seasons, or high-volume periods may experience extended processing times.
Bulk or large-quantity orders may require additional processing time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Please note: Future Aesthetics does not offer next-day delivery. While we aim to dispatch orders as efficiently as possible, next-day delivery is not guaranteed under any circumstances.
Shipping Locations
We ship throughout South Africa.
We also ship to selected countries within Europe as well as in America.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Future Aesthetics is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
International customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times apply after dispatch:
South Africa
Main centres: 2–5 business days
Outlying/regional areas: 3–7 business days
Europe/America
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier capacity, peak periods, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & International Taxes (Europe/America)
For European and American deliveries:
Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and any additional charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
Future Aesthetics is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
If an international parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or failure to clear customs, any refund issued will exclude original shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs charges, and any additional fees incurred.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order size.
Promotional free-shipping offers may apply from time to time and will be clearly communicated.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Courier Services
We use reputable third-party courier partners.
While we aim to work with reliable service providers, Future Aesthetics is not liable for delays, service interruptions, or operational issues caused by courier companies once the parcel has been dispatched.
Tracking Orders
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and ensuring availability at the delivery address.
Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful due to:
Customer unavailability,
Incorrect or incomplete address details,
Failure to collect from a pickup point, or
Refusal of delivery,
The parcel may be returned to us.
In such cases:
Re-delivery fees may apply.
Any refund issued will exclude original shipping fees and any additional courier or return charges incurred.
Damaged, Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery, including clear photographic evidence of the packaging and products.
Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.
If a parcel is lost in transit, Future Aesthetics will assist in lodging a claim with the courier; however, resolution timelines are subject to the courier’s investigation process.
Replacement or refund decisions are subject to courier claim outcomes and applicable law.
Risk & Ownership
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery at the specified address.
Delivery shall be deemed complete when the parcel is delivered to the address provided at checkout, including reception areas, security gates, mailrooms, apartment complexes, estates, or any person authorised to accept deliveries at the specified address.
Ownership of goods transfers to the customer only once full payment has been received and cleared.
Partial Shipments
Future Aesthetics reserves the right to fulfil orders in separate shipments where necessary. Customers will be notified if this applies to their order.
Collection Option (If Applicable)
If a collection option is offered:
Customers will be notified once the order is ready for collection.
Orders must be collected within the communicated timeframe.
Valid identification may be required upon collection.
Future Aesthetics is not responsible for uncollected orders after the agreed collection period.
Public Holidays & Operational Delays
Future Aesthetics operates in accordance with South African business days and public holidays.
Orders will not be processed, dispatched, or delivered on South African public holidays. Public holiday periods may extend processing and delivery timelines.
Force Majeure
Future Aesthetics shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, strikes, labour disputes, civil unrest, load shedding, governmental actions, pandemics, or courier service disruptions.
Policy Updates
Future Aesthetics reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
