At Future Aesthetics, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Returns Policy explains your rights and the process for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused

• All original tags and packaging are intact

• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order (adjustable)

• Proof of purchase is provided

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable, unless faulty or defective:

• Sale or clearance items

• Limited-edition or custom-made products

• Gift cards or promotional items

For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. underwear or accessories) may also be non-returnable.

Faulty or Defective Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos and your order number

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you may choose a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• If the requested size or item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or receive a store credit.

• Exchanges are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law or due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable courier service.

• Future Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

Sale Items

All sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges, unless defective.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange:

Contact us through our official Future Aesthetics channels within the return period

Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting images if required

Wait for return approval and instructions before sending the item back

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Store Credit

Where applicable, store credit:

• Will be issued electronically

• Has no cash value

• May be used on future purchases

Right to Cancel (CPA)

In line with South African law, customers may cancel certain online purchases within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in resalable condition.
