Delivery times are estimates from dispatch, not from the moment you order. Remote areas can take an extra day.
Delivery questions
Do you deliver to a PO box?
No — our courier needs a physical street address with someone available to sign.
What happens if I am not home?
The courier attempts delivery twice, then holds the parcel at the nearest depot for collection.
Can I collect my order instead?
Yes. Choose collection at checkout and we will let you know when it is ready at the Parow studio.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Join the mailing list and you will be first to know when we do.
